Primary settlement tanks, stormwater and sludge holding tanks, site lighting, 2.4m high boundary fencing and a scheme identification sign with access provided via an existing junction onto the public road network. All associated site development and site excavation works above and below ground for the wastewater treatment plant; and (2) the construction an underground wastewater terminal pump station in greenfield lands adjacent to john p holland park, liscannor, comprising of an underground concrete pump sump, valve chamber and storage tank, above ground control and wet kiosks, landscaping, site lighting, 1.2m high boundary fencing with access provided via a new entrance onto the r478.
