To raise the existing ground levels on the site and to construct a synthetic all weather playing pitch thereon to erect a 2.4m high heavy duty nylofor 2d super-betafence inclusive of access gates on the perimeter of the pitch, to install 3.6m high ball stop netting above the level of the pitch perimeter fencing, to erect a similar 2.4m high fence to the northern boundary of the site, to install 6 no floodlighting masts (12m high) with a floodlighting average spread of 200 lux at pitch level and to contruct a 7.0m wide temporary entrance from the ballycarr rd to facilitate the construction of the development.
