To: construct of 1 no advanced technology manufacturing unit. The building consists of a single storey high-bay industrial floor with ancillary office area and roof plant. Site works consists of the provision of an enclosed service yard with dedicated plant and refuse storage compound, rainwater harvesting tank and new sub-station, cycle parking and external landscaping, along with all associated site works, services and signage.
