The development consists of the alterations to the previously granted permissions (planning ref: p20/478 & p20/416) comprising of revisions including, the relocation of the external enclosed yard from an east/west orientation to a north/south orientation, relocating louvres to the elevations to suit servicing requirements, amending the roof layout & positions of roof cowls and several internal layout amendments to the pmu warehouse area of the plan. Note: there is no increase in floor area, the mezzanine grid floor supports additional plant only.
