The development will consist of: (a) works to the existing two storey, stone building, to the north-east of the site which is located within the curtilage of a protected structure. The renovation and general repair to the existing stone building; the provision of a new sanitary facility and entrance lobby, confined to a single storey, timber clad extension to the north façade of the existing structure, increasing the total floor area of the structure from 47sqm to 58sqm; the provision of an external stairs to the west of the stone building; the provision of 3 no.
