For revisions to the existing mixed-use development previously approved under pl. Ref. No. P19/206 & p19/586 (abp-305572-19) at heather hill, limerick road, ennis, co. Clare. The development will consist of; (1) permission for change of use of first floor from previously approved ancillary offices to provide for 4 no. 2 bedroom apartments and 1 no. Office (2) permission for associated internal alterations to first floor, minor alterations to rear (north facing) fenestration and minor alterations to outdoor terrace to provide for dedicated private and communal open space areas, (3) provision for bike store and bin stores to serve the proposed first floor apartments, and (4) permission for minor alterations to previously approved internal layout at ground floor level to include for the change of use of stairwell and lift to provide for storage space ancillary to units 1 & 2, together with all associated landscaping, site works and services.
