  • To undertake the follwoing development: streetscape enhancement in ennistymon, county clare. The location of the proposed works are at ennistymon, co clare in the follwoing areas: 1 parliament street (l1122)
  • The square (n67)/ church street (l5132), 3 mcinerney's lane (l5031)
  • Public relm ehancement works to include upgrades to footpath, provision of a pedestrian friendly raised table area with constrolled crossing, provision of a pedestrian frendly raised table with new courtesy crossing, raised courtesy crossings, revisions to on-street car parking layouts, new paved surface, relocation of existing and provision of new street lighting and street furniture
  • All associated services, site development and landscaping works. The subject works are located within the ennistymon architectural conservation area and would materially affect the character of the area concerned. No works are proposed to any protected structures. In accordance with the habitats directive, an appropriate assessment (aa) screening has been carried out in respect of the proposed works. An environmental impact assessment (eia) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed works
