The proposed works will include minor modifications to the building elevations, modifications to the entrance for universal access, construction of a plant room and a standalone storage shed, provision of pv panels, material change of use of existing dormitory accommodation to research labs/offices and a self-contained 2 bedroom apartment, widening of the existing entrance, provision of ev accessible parking and all associated works.
