For development of this site at trump international golf links & hotel, doonbeg, kilrush, co. Clare, v15 kh39. The development will consist of: a) the demolition of the existing event marquee and its associated service areas; the demolition of doughmore house, including its associated shed, concrete yard, boiler and plant room to the rear. All associated hardstanding, access roads, foundations, services, utilities and site infrastructure relating to the above elements will be removed. B) the construction of a new single-storey ballroom building, comprising a main function room; lobby and pre-function areas; reception space; bar and lounge areas; champagne and tea stations; bridal suite; guest wcs; staff facilities; kitchen and catering areas; chair and bar stores; internal service and plant spaces; an external service yard; and a partially covered external terrace. C) the reconfiguration, upgrading and extension of existing car parking and internal circulation areas, including revised vehicular and pedestrian routes, set-down areas, bicycle parking provision, resurfacing, lighting, and all associated hard and soft landscaping works. D) site development and landscape works, including embankments, regrading and contouring, footpaths, paved areas, planting, boundary treatments, surface water and foul drainage works, services and utilities connections, and all works required to integrate the development into the existing hotel campus. E) all ancillary site development, excavation and infrastructural works necessary to facilitate the proposed development. A natura impact statement (nis) has been prepared for this development and is submitted with this planning application
