To retain the continued use of an existing guyed wind monitoring mast, with instruments, 100m in height in the townland of killeagy (goonan), co clare for a further periodof 2 years. The purpose of the mast is to take account of the most up to date meteorological data available for the site, to inform the consented wind energy development.
