The proposal involves the construction of a four storey building consisting of the following - ground floor bar/café consisting of 155sqm. - extension to the existing first floor live music venue cyprus avenue(177sqm). - second floor band rooms, changing rooms, recording room, office and storage all ancillary to cyprus avenue (155sqm). - third floor band practice room and store also ancillary to cyprus avenue (92sqm). To construct a new fire escape stairs and lift exiting from the rear of the existing first floor cyprus avenue onto winthrop avenue. As part of those alterations it's proposed to construct an open area smoking area at roof level at the rear property. Permission is also sought to construct glazed canopies and event visual display screens along the oliver plunkett street and caroline street facades along with ancillary site works and services at provision
