The ground floor alterations will include: a revised onsite car parking layout with provision for 6 parking spaces; replacement of the existing vehicular entrance with two new vehicular entrances to provide separate entry and exit gates for the car park; provision of a new pedestrian door at the location of the existing vehicular entrance; provision of fire escape corridors linking blocks a and b to the street; replacement of the permitted stone cladding on the front elevation with a rendered external finish and alterations to the layout of the central courtyard between blocks a and b in order to provide for revised landscaping and boundary treatment and omission of the permitted raised deck.
