The demolition of an existing dwelling and the construction of 117 no. Residential units, bin stores, esb substation building and all ancillary car parking, landscaping and site development works. The 84 no. Proposed dwellings consist of 35 no. 3 storey dwellings, 12 no. 2 storey dwellings, 15 no. 2 storey dwellings with an optional rear extension, 22 no. 2-3 storey dwellings with an optional rear extension and optional 2nd floor attic conversion. The 33 no. Proposed apartments will be provided in 2 blocks. Block 1 will consist of 7 no. Apartments over 3-4 storeys with balconies at 2nd, 3rd and 4th level. Block 2 consists of 4-5 storey building comprising of a ground floor crèche and 26 no. Apartments with balconies at 2nd, 3rd and 4th level and a roof terrace at 5th floor level. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the existing entrances at convent road, skehard road and blackrock road.
