Vacant neighbourhood commercial/ retail units into 1 no. Café / coffee shop unit (totalling 194 sq m gross floor area) by removing the internal separation walls; replacement of existing 3 no. Permitted doors on east elevation (mount agnes road) with 'costa' branded vinyl windows; provision of 3 no. Windows and 2 no. Doors along the existing west elevation (fronting the lidl churchfield foodstore carpark area ) and 1 no. Window along the existing south elevation ; corporate 'costa' advertising signage comprising of 4 no. Building mounted internally illuminated signs; and all other ancillary and associated site development works above and below ground level.
