No. : 15/36685), located at lidl churchfield licenced discount foodstore, mount agnes road, churchfield, cork. The development will consist of: the amalgamation and change of use of the 3 no. Vacant neighbourhood commercial/ retail units into 1 no. Café / coffee shop unit (totalling 194 sq m gross floor area) by removing the internal separation walls; replacement of existing 3 no. Permitted doors on east elevation (mount agnes road) with 'costa' branded vinyl windows; provision of 3 no. Windows and 2 no. Doors along the existing west elevation (fronting the lidl churchfield foodstore carpark area ) and 1 no. Window along the existing south elevation ; corporate 'costa' advertising signage comprising of 4 no. Building mounted internally illuminated signs; and all other ancillary and associated site development works above and below ground level. Pedestrian access to the proposed 'costa' café/ coffee shop will be maintained via the current access provision from the lidl churchfield foodstore carpark area and from mount agnes road, as well as new enhanced access from the lidl churchfield foodstore carpark area.
