To extend, alter and refurbish our existing dwellinghouse. The proposed works will include an upper floor extension over the bay window to the front, a 2-storey and single storey extension to the rear of the existing dwellinghouse. A portion of the lower half of the front facade is proposed to be extended outwardly with a mono-pitched roof. The alterations will include a stonework cladding to the lower half of the front facade. The alterations will also include the replacement of all of the windows and doors through-out the existing dwellinghouse. The proposed development works includes all of the associated site works and services
