The proposed two-storey structure will accommodate storage and production facilities on the ground floor and ancillary offices on the ground floor and partial first floor. The proposed development makes provision for the demolition of an existing agricultural shed and pre-fabricated structures and the removal of 6 no. Storage containers. Ancillary works will include a car parking area, waste water treatment system and percolation area, surface water attenuation tank, water storage tank and landscaping works. Access to the proposed development will be via a new entrance and access road from the maglin road to allow closure of the existing access road and entrance.
