The proposed development is a change in house type, layout and elevational changes to part of the residential development permitted under an bord pleanala reference pl 04.248234/cork county planning reference 16/5554, and proposes an increase in floor area for 37 no. Dwelling houses, as well as the replacement of 2 no. 4 bedroom detached dwellings (unit type 1 & 1a), 10 no. 4 bedroom semi detached dwellings (unit type 2, 2a, 2b & 2c) and 20 no. 3 bedroom semi detached dwellings (unit type 6& 6a) with 14 no. 4 bedroom detached dwellings ( unit types 3, 8, 8a, 8b & 9), 8 no. 4 bedroom semi detached dwellings (unit type 5 & 5a) and 10 no. 3 bedroom semi detached dwellings (unit type 4, 4a, 7 & 7a) and minor amendments to the windows and doors on all elevations as well as the omission of the chimneys.
