Permission for development which will consist of the construction of 37 no. Dwelling houses and all ancillary site development works at this site at knocknahorgan, sallybrook, glanmire, cork. The proposed development is a change in house type, layout and elevational changes to part of the residential development permitted under an bord pleanala reference pl 04.248234/cork county planning reference 16/5554, and proposes an increase in floor area for 37 no. Dwelling houses, as well as the replacement of 2 no. 4 bedroom detached dwellings (unit type 1 & 1a), 10 no. 4 bedroom semi detached dwellings (unit type 2, 2a, 2b & 2c) and 20 no. 3 bedroom semi detached dwellings (unit type 6& 6a) with 14 no. 4 bedroom detached dwellings ( unit types 3, 8, 8a, 8b & 9), 8 no. 4 bedroom semi detached dwellings (unit type 5 & 5a) and 10 no. 3 bedroom semi detached dwellings (unit type 4, 4a, 7 & 7a) and minor amendments to the windows and doors on all elevations as well as the omission of the chimneys. The proposed development does not result in an increase or decrease in house units. The proposed development will result in the provision of 15 no. 4 bedroom detached dwelling houses, 12 no. 4 bedroom semi detached dwelling houses and 10 no. 3 bedroom semi detached dwelling houses. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the entrance at the r639 and internal road network which was permitted by an bord pleanala reference pl 04.248234/ cork county council planning reference 16/5554. The proposed development also includes minor revisions to the permitted internal road network.
