Surface car parking spaces; and all associated ancillary development works including access, footpaths, a 2m wide cycle lane along old fort road, traffic calming measures on old fort road, bicycle and motorbike parking, drainage, landscaping, associated signage, plant and solar pv panels (provided at roof level of each building), 2 no. Esb substations and control rooms, 4 no. Bin stores and 3 no. Smoking shelters at old fort road. The proposed development will replace 5 no. Office buildings previously permitted under cork county council ref. 08/9670 and extended under ref. 14/4310.
