Tennis courts, update 3 of these tennis courts with full itf professional standard 12m high sports lighting and associated ground works and fencing, (b) construct a proprietary fixed cover structure/membrane system with removable sides (for summer play) to permanently cover 3 no. Tennis courts for indoor play including internal lighting only, (c) extend and refurbish existing clubhouse to incorporate a club gym, expanded changing rooms and accessible toilets, dedicated meeting room, lounge/social area, coffee bar/tea room and office, (d) construct 2 no.
