The proposed development will consist of phase 1 of the ballincrokig masterplan which will involve the construction of 96 no. Residential units (14 no. 4-bed semi-detached dwellings, 52 no. 3-bed semi-detached dwellings, 6 no. 3-bed townhouses, 6 no. 2-bed townhouses, 7 no. 2-bed apartments, 7 no. 2-bed duplex apartments, 2 no. 1-bed apartments and 2 no. 1-bed duplex apartments), 1 no.
