On ground floor: new forecourt shop 100m2 and ancillary facilities including deli, seating area, off-license, storage, office, toilets, cleaner room, cashier, circulation with draft lobby, stair case and bin storage having a gross floor area of 416.64m2. The extension of canopy over the petrol pumps to new premises, face lift to existing maintenance/storage shed and all associated site works.
