The development will consist of conversion of existing garage to habitable space with reconstruction of north wall, construction of one-storey ground floor extension at the rear and side with 2 no. Rooflights, conversion of existing porch space to habitable space, demolition of existing chimney stack at the rear elevation, alterations to front elevation consisting of removal of garage door and installation of new door and window at the front, relocation of entrance door to the front elevation and resizing of existing porch openings into 2 no.
