The proposed modifications includes the following: (1) addition of 2 no. Windows to the western elevation at ground floor level of block b; (2) relocation of a window from the north elevation to the west elevation on the 6th floor and 7th floor in block b; (3) partial change to the façade materials from pre-cast concrete panels to bricks panels; (4) addition of glazing to the amenity area at ground floor level; (5) replacement of glass balustrades on balconies with metal/brick balustrades; (6) omission of canopy within the external terrace area; (7) provision of additional rooftop plant and screen; (8) omission of 1 no. Window in the eastern elevation of block a at ground floor level and omission of 2 no. Windows at first floor level of block b on the eastern and northern elevations and omission of 1 no.
