For permission at cork airport hotel, cork airport, lehenaghmore, cork, for the construction of a permanent single-storey detached building comprising of 20 no. Hotel bedrooms to the rear of the existing hotel building which is currently used for temporary residential accommodation in accordance with s. I. 306 of 2022, european union (planning and development) (displaced persons from ukraine temporary protection) regulations 2022. Initially the proposed new building will also be used to provide such temporary residential accommodation and will subsequently be used as hotel bedrooms as soon as the cork airport hotel reverts to the established use as hotel accommodation. The proposed works will include the provision of external access steps and ramps connecting the new building to the existing hotel and all associated site works.
