Retention works include the replacement/refurbishment of existing windows and doors and all internal alterations as completed. Planning permission is also sought for all proposed works yet to be undertaken, for the change of use from infant school to 8 no. Residential apartments consisting of 4 no. 1 bedroom and 4 no. Studio apartments. External proposal include the renovation of the existing outbuildings to facilitate storage and all miscellaneous minor siteworks and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development within the protected structure (rps ref no. Ps1141, this protected structure being that associated with the north presentation convent campus) all at the existing former north presentation school building.
