The proposed development makes provision for an associated outdoor play area, signage, drop-off parking spaces, car and cycle parking, and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development. Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided via 2 no. New junctions (a main access and an entrance to the set-down area) off the existing estate road serving the cois caislean residential development.
