Room, control room and mv switchroom, new store building, 2 no. Bunded transformers, 2 no. House transformers, 4 no. Cable supports, new neutral earth resistor, new oil interceptor. Existing control building to be demolised, existing transformers and mv/38kv busbars to be removed, existing compound palisade fence to be extended including new palisade gates, existing boundary fence to be replaced with concrete post and rail fence, existing splayed entrance to be tarmacadamed and joined with new internal roadway and associated site works
