An extension to the existing college building at greencastle to house a new sea survival training centre, including training pool and associated ancillary accommodation comprising of workshop accommodation, changing facilities and classroom. At the junction between the proposed extension and the east side of the existing building, the proposed extension will comprise of 3 levels to match through with levels of the existing building. The east portion of the extension will be a half level below the existing car park level and a ramp access will be included from the carpark level to 1st floor level. The proposed extension will be clad with rain screen cladding, and have a painted rendered base at ground floor level
