Erection of a new dining room to the front elevation. The new dining room will have three large windows; one on the east elevation, one to the front elevation and one to the west elevation. The existing rear wall of the living room to be extended in line with the rear of the dwelling, and extended in height to the rest of the dwelling, the existing patio doors on the side elevation to be replaced by a window, a new bedroom with an en-suite and walk in robes on the first floor and the construction of two new dormer windows to the front elevation and remove one existing velux window on the roof, a proposed new velux and two small windows on the proposed new master bedroom on the east side elevation.
