Construction of a five-storey building to provide for bulky goods retail sales in 4 separate units & restaurant at ground level and office accommodation at first, second, third and fourth floor levels with all associated stairwells and mechanical lifts. Site development works including the provision of service roads and footpaths and the provision of 226 car parking spaces & 20 bicycle spaces with connection to the roads and footpaths as previously approved under planning reference number 16/51136. All associated site development works and landscaping and connection to the previously approved foul and storm water drainage networks and storm water attenuation system as previously approved under planning reference number 16/51136. The site is bounded by the n56/r925-1 roundabout to the south-west, by the n56 donegal town bypass to the north-west, by agricultural lands to the north east and by the killymard road to the east and south east and by an area previously granted planning permission for the provision of retail park under planning reference 16/51136 to the north. The site includes a section of the r925-1 killybegs road (from west of the junction with killymard road to east of the n56/r925-1 roundabout junction) and also area to the south and south west of the blas/gateway building
