M additional floor area and minor extension to the northern elevation to provide an ancillary meeting room, 22sq. M additional floor area. The grossfloor area of the store will increase from 1,436sq. M (net retail area of 990sq. M) to 1,722sq. M (net retail area of 1,254sq. M). The proposed development includes a new canopy to replace existing (western and northern elevations), new store entrance and relocation of vinyl sign in new entrance lobby (western) elevation, the relocation of existing led illuminated sign to front (northern) elevation, and minor amendments of the car parking layout within the site including an increase in car parking spaces from 82 to 90, the reconfiguration and repositioning of the main vehicular entrance in a westerly direction along chestnut road and all associated landscaping and site development works
