- Minor upgrade works associated with the existing terminal wastewater pumping station (wwps). This will include base maintenance upgrades and flood risk remeditation works comprising of an increase to the existing boundary wall height to 3.86m od and new 1.1m high flood gate
- Construction of a wastewater treatment plant (wwtp) and connection to existing sewer. The wwtp will provide primary treatment for 1,796 population equivalent (pe)
- Construction of a mounded berm 1.3m in height to the north and west of the wwtp site
- Construction of a new access lane to the wwtp
- Installation of associated rising main and gravity sewer
- Widening and resurfacing of existing access laneway from the wwps to the wwtp including 2no. Passing bays, 1no. Speed ramp and new gate; and
- All associated planting and ancillary site works. A natura impact statement (nis) has been prepared as part of this applicatoin
