The excavation work may necessitate rock breaking using a controlled blasting technique in conjunction with mechanical rock breaking activity. (2) construction of a new fish processing facility with associated offices, laboratories, plant, equipment, cold storage, product storage, staff changing & rest rooms. An environmental impact statement and a natura impact statement have been submitted with the application.
