Construction of an extension to the existing factory to provide for additional clean room production/factory areas, general storage and services bays with a two story element containing administration offices, laboratories, reception, toilets, provision of a new vehicular entrance onto the estate road and provision of additional car parking and a new access road around the side and rear of the new building, construction of a single storey esb sub-station, connection to the existing foul and storm water drainage networks, provision of a storm water attenuation underground tank and connection to the existing mains water supply network. The development will be phased with phase one being the construction of the storage and service bay element of the overall building extension proposal and stage two being the completion of the factory/production areas and reception/offices. All to include all associated boundary treatments and site development works and connection to roads and services all at the (former ida) business/ industrial park
