(1) change of use from (a) former café on the ground floor to proposed retail unit, (b) former dental clinic on the first and second floor to office accommodation, (2) demolition and removal of existing flat roof storage area to the rear of the building, (3) erection of an extension to the rear of the existing building in place of existing storage building to be demolished. The second-floor extension provides a 2-bedroom apartment with private balcony and also provides a high quality external communal amenity area for use by the residents of the 3 no.
