Pressed steel containers, a prefabricated store and a compound containing oil & gas storage and the generator, (2) construction of a dormer style extension comprising of 5 no. Single bedroom apartments, tv/dayroom and breakout space with storage & wc, second personel entrance on ground floor with conference room and storage at first floor together with all ancillary facilities, (3) remodeling of the existing internal hospice facilities; inter alia: (a) reconfiguration of existing main entrance with a new external lobby and canopy, (b) remodeling the internal arrangements within the existing bedrooms including extending the existing ensuite facilities serving each room to form box projections accommodating the increased ensuite footprints, (c) conversion of existing 4 no. Residential bedrooms into respite care, (d) extending the staff dining facilities, (e) rearranging of store rooms into the kitchen utility area with ancillary staff facilities, (f) conversion & extension of existing ancillary accommodation to form new allied health professionals room, (g) upgrading the staff changing rooms, day rooms & wc’s throughout the building, relocating the nurse’s station and support facilities, re-modeling the administration and occupation therapy departments and (h) including all alterations to the existing external windows and doors associated with the above internal works, (4) externally insulate and re-render the existing building replacing all existing windows and external doors, removal of chimneys and small raised gable barges throughout, (5) removal of redundant freestanding enclosed brick boiler house and formation of an enlarged open bin compound in the rear courtyard area, (6) new energy compound to the north of the site accommodating a biomass boiler, back up heating and relocated generator and support facilities and the repositioned gas compound and associated security fencing, (g) reconfiguring of existing site layout to include for the following: (a) omission of 13 no.
