Pressed steel containers, a prefabricated store and a compound containing oil & gas storage and the generator, (2) construction of a dormer style extension comprising of 5 no. Single bedroom apartments, tv/dayroom and breakout space with storage & wc, second personel entrance on ground floor with conference room and storage at first floor together with all ancillary facilities, (3) remodeling of the existing internal hospice facilities; inter alia: (a) reconfiguration of existing main entrance with a new external lobby and canopy, (b) remodeling the internal arrangements within the existing bedrooms including extending the existing ensuite facilities serving each room to form box projections accommodating the increased ensuite footprints, (c) conversion of existing 4 no.
