En-suite bedrooms and linen store and repurposing the existing beer-keg stores as a laundry room, (2) at ground floor level: alterations to and repurposing of the existing function room into 6 no. En-suite bedrooms and linen stores, alterations to and repurposing of the existing gents and ladies rest rooms into 2 no. En-suite bedrooms, repurposing part of the reception office into toilet facilities, (3) alterations to existing living room to provide emergency escape hall, (4) demolition of derelict extension buildings to the rear and side of the main building and removal of existing bay window to the front of the main building, (5) alterations to the building fenestrations to facilitate change of positions and sizes of windows and doors, (6) external ground works including upgrading of existing wastewater treatment system including installation of tertiary filtration pods and percolation bed, extension to bulk gas storage compound, extensions to hard-surface areas for car parking, retaining wall to the south of the main building, various concrete block walls to hard surface areas, installation of storm water drainage system, (7) landscape works including boundary fencing back planted with hedging, low-level street lights, grassed areas with plantation, concrete ramps and door steps for access and (8) all other site development works
