Extension, renovation and refurbishments at the lakehouse hotel, currently not operating due to ongoing but stalled works of refurbishment and consisting of the following: (1) extensions to footprint of the main hotel adding a guest bedroom for accessible use to the existing detached single storey bedroom and storage building, (2) small extensions to the footprint of the main hotel building along the east side at ground floor level to provide for enlarged plant, storage and utility space as well as a new rear entrance to the hotel adding approximately 75 sq. M to the existing overall floor area of circa 1,035 sq. M, (3) roofing works associated with the extensions listed at no. 1 & no. 2 and reroofing work associated with the change to the overall roof profile and shape including the raised level of parts of the existing roof and the removal of the gable facing west, dormer windows facing west and east with the continuation of the new pitched roof profile over the existing central flat roof section, (4) amendments to the fenestration and wall finishes resulting in amended elevations, (5) detached single storey storage building and (6) site boundary walls, general site works and drainage
