Expp: i wish to remove two damaged chimney stacks on the left hand side of the semi-detached house. The house is situated in a corner of a quiet cul-de-sac. The chimney stacks are close to 100 years old and over the last 20 years the chimneys (both) have leaked frequently. Despite numerous repairs the leaks are occurring more frequently , damaging rooms in the house and i now wish to remove the stacks whole retaining the chimney breast internally.
