Expp: protected structure: redecoration of the main walls and non-original partitions; redecoration of the non-original joinery; redecoration of the non-original plasterboard ceilings; removal of the existing non-original bar, kitchen and bathroom fittings and replacement with new, redecoration of non-original internal doors, frames and architraves, installation of improved fire-proofing between floors to protect non-original steel structure.
