Shec: the development will consist of the following: (i) demolition of the existing single storey shed structure; (ii) construction of a three-storey residential development, with attic accommodation and set-back at second and attic floor levels, comprising 3 no. Two-bed units. Each unit will be provided with private open space with unit nos. 1 and 2 at ground floor level (10.28 sq. M and 10.92 sq. M respectively) and unit no. 3 with associated balcony along the western elevation at second floor level (12.58 sq. M). (iii) provision of 25 sq. M communal open space at ground floor level to the front of the development; (iv) bin store and 7 no.
