Expp: the proposed development will consist of the partial demolition of an existing single storey utility room non habitable garden shed to the rear on the southern boundary and provision of a single storey extension of 19m2 to the rear of the existing house with a pitched roof to house an open plan living, kitchen and dining area and a front infill extension to the existing external porch of 2m2 (total existing and proposed area is 123m2).
