The works will include a new pedestrian entrance, a new vehicular exit onto grace park road (both including the associated amendments to be done on the existing wall) and some alterations on the existing internal road. The site works to the school grounds will consist of the provision of 160 no. Cycle storage spaces, 50 no. Scooter storage, bin store, external store, ball courts, project gardens, play areas, landscaping and boundary treatment and all other associated site development works. The works to the remainder of the site consist of the provision of 18 no. Staff parking spaces, drop-off and pick-up facilities, all on a site c. 1.57 hectares
