The proposed development seeks alterations and extensions to the existing five storey (four storeys over ground floor car parking level) mixed-use (part residential/part cinema/media use) structure as follows: (i) the change of use of the 1st and part of 2nd floor from screening room/video editing facility to residential use; (ii) extension of the existing 4th floor; (iii) construction of a new set back 5th floor level (include 2 no.
