Permission for proposed modifications/ revision to layout, including: - proposed revision to the permitted layout of the surface parking along the northeastern boundary of the development to allow for 7 no. Parking spaces in lieu of the permitted 3 no. Parallel parking spaces. - provision of 17 no. Parking spaces to the rear of the lidl supermarket, along the eastern boundary of the development. - omission of freestanding tile wall and associated cycle parking and relocation of permitted cycle parking
