Planning permission for development at no. 1 dromeen avenue, beaumont, dublin 9 on the corner of dromeen avenue and dromnanane road which will consist of the demolition of the existing single storey garage to the side of the existing house and the construction of a new 2-storey 3-bedroom detached house with a hipped and pitched roof in the side garden. The proposed new house will also include pedestrian access to the side/rear into dromnanane road. It will include velux windows and solar panels on the roof. Modifications to the existing site to accommodate the new house will include provision of a new vehicular entrance to the front, a new pedestrian gate to provide access onto dromnanane road and a new roof light to the western side of the roof of no. 1 dromeen avenue. The development will include all associated landscaping, drainage, ancillary and site works and services.
