The development, on lands bound to the west by the parkside health residential development, to the east by hole in the wall road and to the north by the belmayne distributor road, will consist of (i) the demolition of all buildings on site including 2 no. Residential dwellings and associated outbuildings; (ii) development of a green-roofed, 3-6 storey (over basement level) apartment building, with building height rising across the triangular shaped site from the north-western (25.25m) / southern 31.55m) points towards the north-eastern (35.19m) corner of the site; and, (iii) all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development inclusive of road signage provision, widening / repair of existing public footpaths, boundary works, landscaping and suds drainage. The apartment building will accommodate 60 no. Residential apartments under the following mix: 12 no. One-bedroom, 27 no. Two-bedroom and 21 no. Three-bedroom apartments. Each apartment will be served by communal landscaped open space at surface level and private amenity space in the form of a private terrace (ground floor units only) or private balcony (upper floors) with car and bicycle parking provided at basement/surface level.
