The retention permission is sought for retention of changes to facilitate alterations to the previous proposal that was permitted under dublin city council planning reference 3000/15 and an bord pleanala planning ref pl29n. 246097. The changes consist of: a. Lift and stairwell reconfigurations on levels g to 6 to comply with building regulations b.
