Protected structure: the development will consist of the demolition of an outbuilding to the rear and its extended replacement with a new single storey mono-pitched return. General repair works will include reinstatement of a rear lightwell; localised underpinning works; supplementary structural works internally consisting of stiffening of existing floors under previous partitioning and tying in of settled and cracked main rear wall bow; repair/replacement of defective roof coverings; repair/replacement of rainwater goods; chimney repair; repair/replacement of render; repair of return structure; replacement of pvc windows with timber sliding sash and replacement of pvc entrance door with timber panelled door; reinstatement of arch headed window to rear elevation with timber sash multi-paned window; joinery and stucco plaster repair/reinstatement where missing; external garden wall/boundary repair, installation of permeable surfaces to lightwells and gardens all in accordance with traditional methodologies.
