M) -construction of a development comprising 166 student accommodation bed spaces with associated ancillary areas and a retail/enterprise unit (119 sq. M), in a five to seven storey high building over basement with frontage onto cork street and brickfield lane. The development has a maximum height of 23.5m over ground level. -the proposed student accommodation development includes indoor ancillary services for occupants at ground floor level including a gym, common room, management office, reception and store room. -open space is provided within a courtyard at ground floor level (234 sq. M. ) and podium level landscaped terrace at first floor level (238sq. M. ) accessible landscaped roof terraces are also located at 5th floor level (138 sq. M. ) and 6th floor level (99 sq.
